and 1:1 coaching calls are available at a discounted rate if you want to accelerate progress or

What exactly is covered in the 3 months?

The program focuses on the gut-brain connection — how your digestion, energy, mood, and
inflammation are linked — and gives you the practical knowledge to influence all of them
through everyday choices. You'll learn how food, fasting, sleep, and stress interact in your body,
and how to build habits that stick without feeling like a rigid protocol. The focus is on
understanding your body deeply enough that you become self-sufficient, not dependent on a
plan.

Do I need to have a diagnosis or health condition to join?

No diagnosis is required. Many women join before anything is officially wrong — because they
notice low energy, stubborn belly fat, irregular digestion, or just a sense that something is off.
This program is preventive as much as it is restorative. If you do have existing conditions, the
program complements (rather than replaces) your medical care by helping you build lifestyle foundations that support recovery and management.

Is this program only for women?

The program is designed specifically for women over 45, with the hormonal and physiological
shifts of that life stage in mind. The curriculum, community, and coaching approach are all
tailored to that experience.

How is this different from other wellness programs I've tried?

My Approach

My journey has taken me from India to Canada, through research labs, hospitals,
classrooms, and boardrooms. That path gave me something rare: a 360° view of human
health — not just the science of how our bodies work, but the real-world complexity of
living in a fast-moving, culturally rich, beautifully complicated world. I've seen firsthand
that food is medicine, and that the wisdom of our roots — our flavours, traditions, and
relationship with the earth — is not something to leave behind on the path to wellness.
It's the very foundation of it.
